1. Who keeps the dock

These terms govern your use of cypressjazzdock.com ("Cypress Jazz Dock", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of cypressjazzdock.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who may step onto the dock

The dock is for users aged 19 or over, and stepping onto Cypress Jazz Dock confirms that you are 19 or over.

3. Dock coins are virtual

  • Every stage runs on virtual coins given out at no charge.
  • Coins are worth nothing in money and are not money, credit or property.
  • Coins can never be bought, sold, withdrawn or transferred, nor exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes; the dock has no in-app purchases.
  • The dock offers no prize of real-world value.
  • We reserve the right to adjust or reset coins, levels and features whenever needed.

4. No real-money gambling on the boards

Cypress Jazz Dock does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and no plank of the dock links to a gambling operator.

5. Your dock pass (account)

  • Cassette Levee and Moonwhale Mural, the two stages past the open puppet show, need a free account. One account per person, please, and keep yours to yourself.
  • Keep your password to yourself and let the box office know at once if someone else has been using your account.
  • The account page has a delete button you may use at any moment; deletion is instant and permanent.
  • We may suspend an account that disrupts the dock, or one we think is held by somebody under 19.
  • Coins, levels and missions are tied to the account, never your own property, and they may be reset.

6. Playing fair on the dock

Leave the site’s workings alone, never aim automated tools at it, do not offer coins for trade, and keep anyone under 19 off the boards.

7. When the dock is open, and liability

The dock is offered “as is”; any plank of it may be changed or taken away. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. These house rules do not limit any liability the law will not let us limit, and your statutory rights stand exactly as they are.

8. Law of the house

Ontario’s provincial laws, plus the federal laws of Canada in force there, govern these house rules.
